The Best Keto Nachos Recipe
Nachos have always been a favorite of mine, so I was definitely heartbroken when I had to give up tortilla chips. Luckily, though, there are alternatives!

Ingredients
- 1 bag pork rinds
- taco seasoning to taste
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning
- Drain ground beef and top with cheddar cheese while hot. Let cheese melt on ground beef.
- Spread pork rinds out on a dish.
- Layer pork rinds with ground beef and remaining ingredients.
