Watermelon Margaritas
Watermelon margaritas are a great way to chill during out during hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 5 cups cubed watermelon
- 3 cups ice
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) silver (blanco) tequila
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Salt and lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a blender, combine watermelon, ice, tequila, lime juice, agave and kosher salt. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice in, if desired, salt-rimmed glasses with lime wedges.
